Term of Office: 3 years, 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2026

The position of Treasurer of the College will shortly become vacant.
The College invites eligible Members to be nominated for this important Trustee role of the College.
Closing date for nominations is Friday, 8th September 2023 at 12 noon.
If there is more than one nomination, there will be an electronic ballot.
[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black”][vc_column_text]The role of the Treasurer is an important role in the College.
The Treasurer is a member of the Board of Directors (Council) and acts as Company Secretary for the College.
The Treasurer, along with other officers will be registered with the CRO as a Company Director and with the CRA (Charity Regulator) as a Trustee.
The Treasurer is a member of the Management Committee of the College which meets monthly.
The Treasurer is also a member of Council who meet at least five times a year.
The Treasurer is supported by the Chief Executive and a Management Committee who meet every month and is composed of other Trustee members of Council.
The Treasurer also chairs the Finance and Risk Committee of the College.
